About

We are not building another ATS.

There are dozens of good systems for tracking candidates through a hiring process. There are very few good answers to the question everyone actually gets stuck on.

That question is: 800 people applied, who should I spend my afternoon on?

Most software answers it by giving you somewhere to store the 800 people. That is a filing solution to a reading problem. The reading still lands on a hiring manager, a founder, or one overloaded recruiter, usually at night.

So this product does one thing. It takes the pile, applies the criteria you set for that specific role, and hands back the people worth reviewing along with the evidence that put them there. It is not an applicant tracking system and does not need one. That problem is solved.

Company background and team details are placeholders until the content brief lands.

Principles

What we will not do

No black-box scores

If we cannot show you the evidence behind a result, we should not be showing you the result.

No silent rejections

No one is sent a rejection unless someone on your team sends it. Anyone set aside automatically, by a rule you chose, is shown with the reason and can be brought back.

No creeping into a suite

The moment this becomes a recruiting platform, it stops being good at the one job it exists for.

Bring us the pile.

The fastest way to understand the product is to screen one real batch.
